The heart-led sessions that I hold provide a grounded, clear & safe space to allow you to be truly seen. Together we deep-dive into the inner work addressing areas such as Good Girl programming, The Mother Wound, and fear. We utilize practices of mindfulness, meditation, movement, breath work, and journaling. I provide education and resources for nourishing a natural pregnancy, choices during pregnancy, physiological birth of baby & placenta, and planning for the fourth trimester. We play with labor coping strategies (with your partner) and share your birth plan with the people you have invited to witness you in birth.

The Closing Ceremony can be deeply transformational for the postpartum mother. This ceremony recognizes the journey she has been on.. that she is no longer who she was and not yet who she will be. She will feel witnessed, held, and honored. This 2-hour session includes sharing of the birth story, a warm oil massage, cocooning the mother with the use of the Rebozo, quiet time for integration while wrapped, and tea afterwords.

Ancient postpartum traditions from all around the world support our physiological design with warmth, nourishing foods, an extended resting period, and body work.
